I bring organization to your organization.
I am deeply committed to the role strong administration plays in mission-driven organizations. As Director of Operations, I’ve seen how thoughtful structure and well-designed systems empower teams to work more effectively, scale programs, and better serve their communities.
My work spans programs, events, volunteer coordination, and internal operations, with a focus on creating clarity and consistency across all areas. I believe sustainable growth depends on having the right systems in place—and when something becomes repeatable, it’s an opportunity to streamline and improve.
I design practical, sustainable processes that teams can adopt and rely on, strengthening efficiency, reducing redundancies, and supporting stronger program delivery. Ultimately, my goal is to build the operational foundation that allows organizations to focus on what matters most: their impact.
How? Well, I'm a seasoned dedicated administrative professional with over 25 years of experience across diverse industries, including non-profit, architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), environmental, community resources, and administrative and facility management and government relations. I am intentional in my actions, and I value relationships and networking. I believe we can all help each other for the greater good. I'm a self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and contribute.
Where Courtesy Meets Excellence. I take pride in being reliable, consistently following through on commitments, proactively identifying needs, and offering strategic solutions. My work ethic is robust, and I maintain a strict sense of confidentiality. I may not have the answers, but I can direct you to someone who DOES have the answers or find out WHO has the answers.
How can I help you?

That's my perfectly imperfect family . A husband of 21 years and a couple of not so little kids who are growing up way too fast but my heart explodes everyday with the love and admiration I have for them. We have a feral cat, Fig, who we caught at a local garden center and is bat shit crazy.
We love trying new things, traveling, eating and pretty much anything outdoors. I'm a firm believer in you are responsible for your own happiness and paradise can be anywhere as long as you are with people you love.
I guess my bottom line is those people in that photo come first, including myself. I'd rather eat ramen and PBJs everyday than work myself to death. As I get older, I realize more and more just how short life is, how quickly kids grow up and how we don't know what tomorrow may bring. Me spending 12 hours in a day trying to develop a framework or review governance just isn't worth it.
